Raju Venkataraman, an accomplished C-suite executive, is the founder of the Company and a sought-after & experienced Executive Coach, Career Coach and Corporate Trainer.

Raju has a wealth of C-suite corporate experience, among others, as Chief Financial Officer CFO, General Manager of Business Units, Head of Strategy & Business Development, Asia-Pac Head of Sales & Distribution and Executive Director – Business Operations. His corporate management and leadership experience spans

  • 16 years (2000-2016) at the Walt Disney Company and previously
  • 13 years in Commercial management roles in various organizations in the Pharma, Chemicals, Engineering, Fashion Apparel and Telecoms industries

Raju’s extensive senior leadership track record of success as CFO, G.M. of Business Unit, Head of Strategy & as APAC Head of Sales & Distribution, gives him a unique outlook as a coach. His work experience spans multiple industries – Media & Entertainment, Telecoms, Pharma, Chemicals, Engineering & Apparel. His years of managing multi-cultural, multi-functional leaders & teams makes him a sought-after coach. He serves on the Board of Directors of Special Olympics Asia-Pacific as Vice-Chairman & he also chairs the Audit Committee.
