Executive Coaching is designed to help successful people achieve positive, lasting change and behavior; for themselves, their people, and their teams.
An executive coach acts as a sounding board – challenges thinking, stimulates creativity, provides tools and techniques for dealing with situations, gives encouragement; and builds confidence. The coach has no agenda other than the client’s and is always on the client’s side.
Our approach includes a strong emphasis on involvement of stakeholders, and implementation of change and follow-through to measure growth in leadership effectiveness. As Marshall Goldsmith says, ”In the end the only thing that counts is leadership growth i.e. leadership (behavior) effectiveness on the job as perceived by stakeholders.”
Our Coaching enables our coaching clients to find solutions and remove any barriers which prevent them performing at their full potential. Organizations invest in coaching to prepare leaders for a new role or for major change within the organization, or simply to provide targeted personal development in areas such as:
- Managing organizational relationships
- Delegating better
- Performance management of staff and teams
- Developing strategic thinking
- Communicating better & presenting confidently
- Managing priorities and time
- Visioning &determining future company direction
Our Coaching is geared to the needs of senior managers and leaders – typically senior managers, directors and senior executives of commercial organizations, partners & directors in professional services firms, and senior officials in non-profit organizations and public bodies.
a) Following a successful chemistry meeting, clients agree to work with us for an initial period, usually between 6 and 12 months. This can be shorter in unique cases when a client has an urgent, focused need.
b) Our coaching can be done in person (for clients in Singapore) or can be done virtually (available for all clients). Virtual coaching can include asynchronous communications, such as email and text messaging, and synchronous such as phone, Teams or Zoom communications that provide immediate feedback with a coach.
c) We aim to agree coaching objectives with our clients at an early stage in each assignment and seek to involve key stakeholders of our clients, throughout the coaching process. Achievement is reviewed periodically throughout the assignment.
d) Sometimes we may recommend that a client gets additional data to inform the coaching program, such as 360-degree feedback from colleagues or psychometric profiles.
e) What goes on between the client and the coach is entirely confidential.
Our coaching enables clients to move forward with clarity, confidence and maturity to benefit both the organization and their own personal growth.
